Details: | | Being a member of an elite bomb disposal team, you are given a task of locating all 5 bombs hidden in a 8x8 grid within the time limit. Before locating the bombs, you can send probes into the grid by clicking the boxes outside of the grid one at a time and observe the paths of the probes. After sending a probe, the result will be shown on the boxes. Always travels in a straight line, a probe will stop when it comes into direct contact with a bomb. This is known as a "Hit" and is marked by an explosive icon. When a probe comes next to a bomb, it will be deflected 90 degrees to the right if it is on the right-hand side of the bomb, or it will be deflected 90 degrees to the left if it is on the left-hand side of the bomb. A probe that is deflected these ways and comes out on the other side is known as a "Detour," and it will be marked by numbers on the boxes to locate its entrance and exit. Finally, a probe may also come out from where it enters if it comes between two bombs or hits two corners of a bomb, and this is known as a "Reflection," which is marked by a returning arrow. A timer is located at the right of the grid, indicating the remaining time. To start guessing the locations of the bombs, you may click the bomb button on the lower left of the timer, and click a position on the grid to label a possible location of the bombs. If you would like to place the label elsewhere, simply click the label again to remove it. You may also use the square button on the right of the bomb button to mark a location where no bomb is present according to your guess. After you have made 5 guesses, a Try Guess button will appear under the bomb and square buttons. Click this button to confirm your guesses, but keep in mind that any wrong guess will lead to a deduction of one minute of the remaining time, and if the time runs out, the game ends. Disarm the lethal weapons before they explode! |
